If you compare Bulgarian university fees with other universities in Europe, you will notice that Bulgarian fees are much lower.

For the agolophone departments of veterinary medicine, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy the tuition fees start from 4500 euros up to 9000 euros.

The amount of tuition fees depends on the course you choose.

When are fees paid?

Tuition fees are paid in two instalments.
Half tuition fees are paid in early September. The other half is paid in early February.
Some universities are proposing to reduce the tuition fees for applicants with dual citizenship. One citizenship must be Bulgarian. Students must respect the time limits for payment of fees. These are stated in the ‘contract’ of study with the university.

To finance your studies you can work in Bulgaria. The job you choose to do should be part-time.
