Study Bulgaria – Residence permit
For students studying in Bulgaria who wish to apply for a residence permit, the necessary documents they will need are:
Application (provided by the police)
Identity card or passport (photocopy)
Tenancy agreement certified by a notary
Declaration of Responsibility certified by a notary
Debit card (photocopy) or bank statement
Certificate of attendance at university
European health card or medical insurance
Paid fee
The documents must be handed in personally to the police at the Aliens Department.
